What can you expect during a head spa appointment? Think of it as a facial for your scalp! You will experience deep tissue scalp massage, gentle exfoliation, steam therapy, herbal oil treatments, and of course, a shampoo and conditioning treatment. Because the Head Spa is quite like a facial for the scalp, and as such, should be performed routinely for best results, being unable to book a follow-up appointment defeats the purpose of our Head Spa concept.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your appointment. It may lessen our effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule some or all of the appointment. You do NOT need to wash your hair prior to your service.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule so to not be charged a nonrefundable cancellation fee. We reserve the right to secure a credit card number ahead of any service.

CONSIDERATIONS:
Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for unaccompanied young children not receiving a service. Please respect our relaxing environment by turning off you cell phones and not playing music, games or other media without headphones.

Frequent Asked Questions
Will the Head Spa affect my hair color?
All of our ingredients are safe for any kind of treated hair! However, if you had recently done any kind of chemical services within a week before your Head Spa appointment, there is a chance that the color may lift during our detoxing process. It is recommend that guests wait at least a week after any kind of hair treatment before receiving a Head Spa. It is also recommend to wait at least a week after having a Head spa before doing any kind of chemical services.
Are blow outs included?
A blow out is NOT included with the Head Spa. We recommend allowing your hair to air dry. We can provide a basic blow dry.
Can we book two headspa services at the same time?
Yes! Two services can be booked at the same time. Multiple services can be booked back to back times.

Contraindications in which we can not perform a headspa service:​
*We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp.
*Guests with any kind of diseases or viruses related to the skin and scalp. Guests with such, should consult a medical professional.
*Immediately after surgery whether medical, reconstructive, or cosmetic.
*Immediately expecting mothers.
*Immediately after sunburn to scalp.
